Job Summary:

Come aboard Associated Bank as an Associate Bank Manager and contribute to guiding a team committed to providing outstanding customer service. As an Associate Bank Manager, you will oversee the daily functions of the branch, mentor bankers to reach set targets, and establish lasting customer connections that foster development. The role mandates a credit assessment in accordance with 12 CPR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.

Key Accountabilities:

• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a group of financial professionals to meet targets in sales, customer care, and daily functions.
• Assist the Branch or Market Manager in enhancing branch productivity and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the branch to ensure adherence to established policies, protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support clients with processing transactions, initiating new accounts, and suggesting tailored financial options to suit their requirements.
• Strengthen connections with customers by taking the initiative to reach out and offer additional products or services through cross-selling tactics.
• Work closely with the Teller Supervisor and Bank Manager to coordinate schedules, recruit new employees, provide training, and oversee staff performance evaluations.
• Encourage the embracing of digital banking by informing clients and peers about the various tools and channels accessible.
• Assume the role of interim branch leader when the Branch or Market Manager is not available.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Completion of high school or an equivalent blend of academic background and practical knowledge.
• Years of experience in sales roles.
• More than a year of experience in leading teams or managing financial divisions.

Preferred:

• Obtaining a business certification is required within two years of being hired.
