The role of a Financial Analyst at Banner Bank is to offer support as a teller or banker at various retail branch locations within a specific area. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that every client has an exceptional experience while transacting with the bank. You must process transactions with complete accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you should suggest and promote bank products and services to clients to help them achieve their financial objectives. As this position involves working across multiple locations, you must be willing to travel daily.

Qualification of Financial Analyst:

Banking professionals must also be well-versed in regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry. This includes knowledge of federal and state banking laws, as well as ethical practices:

• The position requires a candidate with at least one-year teller experience and a sales background with a proven track record of meeting established targets
• Effective ability to manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities, coupled with fundamental arithmetic, bargaining, and analytical skills
• It is important to have a good telephone manner as it demonstrates professionalism and good communication skills to others
• Strong relationship-building aptitude and excellent interpersonal skills; remarkable ability in providing outstanding customer service
