An Asset Management Advisor is tasked with assisting clients in making informed decisions regarding their investment portfolios

As an Asset Management Advisor, your primary duty is to offer expert financial advice to self-managed investors and prospects, assisting them in navigating the complexities of the financial markets. Your main focus will be on identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and supporting clients in making well-informed investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate customers: Educate new and ongoing customers on the investment opportunities, services, and trading methods available at Bank of America.
• Enhancing client partnerships: Improve client relationships by uncovering supplementary investment needs and making referrals to the right internal resources.
• Offer exceptional customer service by dealing with general account inquiries, addressing client issues, and providing timely resolutions.
• Confirm Trades: Verify and accurately execute trade orders, securities transactions, and additional investment requests initiated by clients.
• Supporting clients in navigating through brokerage websites and offering insights on utilizing online tools can enhance their investment management experience.
• Resolve Customer Complaints: Take the lead in managing, researching, and communicating to successfully address client concerns and guarantee a high level of client contentment.
• Ensure you have a thorough understanding of Merrill products, policies, services, and financial market trends to offer clients well-informed advice.
• Following Bank of America's guidelines and procedures is crucial for effectively managing client investments and relationships within regulatory boundaries.
• Client Retention: Work proactively to develop and sustain long-standing client partnerships by offering personalized, reliable, and professional support.

• Demonstrating a strong grasp of technology and a talent for swiftly acquiring new tools and systems.
• Readiness to modify working hours as required by the schedule.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in a call center is preferred, though it is not a prerequisite.
• Previous background in brokerage is considered a bonus.
• Possessing a background of at least one year in the financial sector or an associated area.
