A Banking Consultant is a financial professional who assists clients with a wide range of banking needs, including opening accounts, processing transactions, providing financial advice, and promoting banking products and services. Bankers play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall success of the branch or financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide aid to customers in conducting basic banking transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Creating and sustaining individual and business-related financial profiles
• Provide guidance on understanding and selecting from banking products like loans, credit cards, and savings options
• Recognize the demands of customers and suggest appropriate financial remedies
• Forge and sustain lasting customer bonds to secure satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay in line with internal policies and adhere to regulations mandated by the government
• Respond to customer concerns quickly and in a professional manner
• Support the branch in attaining its sales and service goals effectively
• Ensure that records and documents are accurately maintained
