Structuring your daily routine to optimize productivity:

• Using customized questioning strategies to turn transactions, account maintenance tasks, and routine service requests into cross-selling discussions that deepen client relationships and meet customer needs
• Generating sales leads by contacting prospects, meeting with businesses to introduce workplace banking services, and building a network to drive client referrals
• Balancing competing priorities while achieving daily performance targets
• Completing educational tasks such as processing transactions, managing cash drawers, and finalizing bank paperwork while adhering to industry best practices and legal requirements

• You have one year of retail or customer-facing experience, engaging clients, recommending products, and contributing to sales, or relevant experience
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings, are required
• NMLS registration can be obtained within 90 days upon meeting all prerequisites
