Job Description:Customer Solutions Banker
At Regions, the Relationship Banker is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, both on the cash line and on the phone, and contributing to improving the financial wellness of our customers. The purpose of this role is to create meaningful personal connections with customers while processing transactions, identify ways for Regions to meet customer needs, and assist in resolving end to end customer service inquiries. This role offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with prior teller, limited banking, or some retail sales experience who are interested in beginning a career with opportunities for growth, development, and upward mobility.
The primary focus of Regions is to improve the well-being of customers and communities. The successful candidate should be ambitious and adaptable, with a passion for educating customers on the convenience of choosing their preferred banking methods. Strong communication skills and the ability to offer personalized customer service are essential for this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitoring and recording hours worked beyond the 40-hour weekly limit is necessary for this role, with eligibility for overtime payment under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
