Senior Wealth Advisor

Job Summary:

First Financial Bank is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to serve as a trusted partner for clients by delivering customized investment strategies, comprehensive financial planning, and wealth management solutions tailored to client goals and risk tolerance.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for wealth management clients and deliver high-quality service.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and business growth.
Understand clients’ financial goals, investment objectives, family situations, and risk tolerance.
Develop and implement customized investment and asset allocation strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams and investment committees for portfolio and planning needs.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and communicate updates to clients.
Use financial planning tools to support client acquisition and retention.
Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or portfolio management.
Strong client relationship and financial planning skills.
Knowledge of investment products, asset allocation, and risk management.
Experience with financial planning tools and platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business, or related field.
CFP or CFA certification preferred.
Commitment to professional development and industry standards.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
