Position Overview:

As a Banking Branch Manager at PNC, you will lead a retail banking branch to drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will manage branch priorities, develop your team, and ensure a differentiated customer experience across all banking channels.

Qualifications:

• Job Requirement: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Holding a college degree is not required; however, other forms of education, certification, or military background may be taken into consideration.
• Skills: Taking responsibility for duties, knowledge of banking procedures, advising clients, improving the customer experience, increasing customer loyalty, making decisions, overseeing staff, approaching tasks proactively, concentrating on reaching objectives.
• Sales Management refers to the strategies and techniques used to oversee and improve a company's sales performance and outcomes.
