Executive Support Officer

The responsibilities of an Executive Support Officer include offering administrative support to a high-level executive or division by managing an extensive array of complex tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attends to telephone calls, arranges, adjusts, and generates written content.
• Maintains and forms records or directories.
• Provides help and tackles challenges in scenarios where multiple unconventional resolutions are possible.
• Coordinates, organizes, and schedules meetings.
• Accumulates information, types it, and compiles reports.
• Is responsible for completing special projects and performing particular responsibilities such as budgeting and/or variance reporting.
• Guides the sequencing of operations.
• Performs additional responsibilities as given.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-moving setting and the ability to swiftly assess and prioritize numerous assignments and tasks to meet stringent deadlines.
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills and can effectively communicate with management at all levels within the organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Competent in developing relationships, structuring plans, scheduling events, and managing time productively.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
