You will have a fundamental role as a Banking Services Associate in:

• Providing guidance to clients on their day-to-day financial tasks.
• Offering advice on choosing the suitable product that meets the customers' specifications.
• Offering clients a direct line to Subject Matter Experts specializing in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Commercial services for tailored financial assistance.
• Showcasing the bank's modern technology products designed to meet the increasing demands of our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating exceptional customer service expertise by helping clients with financial transactions like withdrawing cash, depositing funds, transferring money, making loan or credit card payments, sending wire transfers, and converting foreign currencies.
• Documenting substantial funds on Currency Transaction Reports.
• Spotting fraudulent activities to prevent potential financial losses for the bank.
• Verifying that financial transactions are completed with precision and speed, in compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking obligations.
• Strengthening existing customer bonds and developing new customer connections.
• Suggesting supplementary banking services like current accounts, portfolio management, and real estate loans that align with the preferences of clients.
• Showing great skill in utilizing digital tools and technologies to optimize and streamline clients' digital banking experiences.
• Feeling confident about teaching clients how to carry out banking transactions using online methods, mobile apps, and self-service portals.
• Demonstrating the capacity to quickly learn and adjust to new processes and technological platforms.
• Undertaking any other duties as instructed.

Qualifications include:

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or its equivalent (GED), with a bachelor's degree being highly favored.
• An accumulated year of experience in customer service interactions and cash operation responsibilities.
• One year of previous experience in a banking institution with a focus on either teller or new account responsibilities is advantageous.
• Acquiring an adept understanding of products, services, and procedures with speed and accuracy.
• Demonstrated expertise in addressing customer needs effectively.
• Exceptional ability to notice particulars and skillful time management.
• Demonstrating excellence in Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
• Capacity to adjust schedule for weekend commitments.
