Overview:

As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of banking services while delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves understanding customers' financial needs, recommending the best products, and assisting with various banking transactions. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded individual who excels in both customer service and sales, and is eager to support clients in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist clients with a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships by proactively suggesting banking products and services that meet their needs.
• Help clients navigate digital banking tools and mobile services to ensure a seamless banking experience.
• Assist customers with opening and closing accounts, as well as processing loans and other financial products.
• Ensure compliance with all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with branch team members to meet sales and service targets.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall operation of the branch.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on banking, financial services, or retail sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cash handling and financial transactions.
• Comfortable using banking technology, including online banking platforms and mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
