Job Description:

As a Commercial Banking Associate at PNC, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients with financial transactions, and supporting daily branch operations. The position focuses on creating a positive customer experience while recognizing opportunities to recommend PNC’s financial products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a personalized banking experience that promotes financial wellness and strengthens customer relationships.
• Handle various customer requests and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate customers about available banking solutions and transaction methods.
• Identify customer needs during interactions and refer them to the appropriate branch representatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active engagement and lobby interactions.
• Recommend PNC products and services based on individual customer needs.
• Recognize sales opportunities and connect customers with suitable banking team members.
• Assist customers in using digital banking tools, self-service features, and other technology solutions for managing transactions.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively by applying product knowledge and operational procedures.
• Ensure teller and branch activities are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
