Job Summary:

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee, train, and nurture a team of bankers towards accomplishing sales, service, and operational milestones.
• Work alongside the Branch or Market Manager to drive branch success and uphold a top-tier level of customer service.
• Govern the daily branch operations to maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Assist clients in conducting transactions, starting new accounts, and proposing financial solutions that match their requirements.
• Build lasting customer connections through proactive outreach efforts and promoting related products or services to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with the Teller Supervisor and Bank Manager in organizing schedules, recruitment processes, training sessions, and performance assessments for tellers.
• Champion the use of digital banking by educating clients and team members on the array of tools and channels they can utilize.
• Fill in as the branch leader when the Branch or Market Manager is not around.

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Obtaining a high school diploma or a similar fusion of educational background and experiential learning.
• Sales background exceeding one year.
• Versed in leadership roles and financial division management for at least one year.

Preferred:

• Within the initial two years of employment, individuals must complete a business certification.
