As a Branch Banking Associate, the primary responsibility is to assist clients with their financial needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

A Branch Banking Associate provides customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service by greeting them as they enter one of our branches and providing them with the services needed to meet their financial goals. This role will process financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner while maintaining operational standards, and assist the team in meeting branch goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in meeting growth goals in financial performance and obtaining primary clients by facilitating introductions between clients and the designated team members.
• Provide top-notch assistance to customers by responding to account-related questions, resolving problems, and addressing complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. Strive to engage with clients in a meaningful way and offer educational support where needed. Aim to exceed performance goals established by Retail Leadership, including task completion and customer referrals.
• Ensure timely and precise completion of daily financial transactions with the goal of minimizing preventable losses. Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all relevant bank policies and regulations for accurate processing.
• Undertakes specific projects and supplementary responsibilities as called for. Maintains a consistent commitment to following the regulatory and adherence benchmarks connected to the role, as described, and finalizes mandatory compliance learning sessions. Answerable for upholding conformity with pertinent federal, state, and local statutes and ordinances.

Job Requirements:

• A high school degree or its substitute (GED, HiSET, TASC) or an equivalent foreign qualification is a prerequisite.
• Essential: 3-year background in customer service and sales.
• Preferential consideration is given to candidates with a background in financial services.
