What You’ll Do:

In the position of a Consumer Banking Associate, your core duty involves building and preserving meaningful connections with clients by leveraging your financial expertise to recommend thoughtful solutions that meet their needs. Your essential contribution to the branch's prosperity is upheld through:

• Building long-term connections with clients by grasping their financial needs and offering relevant products and services
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Mortgage and Wealth Management to link customers with specific areas of expertise
• Providing customer assistance at the teller workstation and the drive-up service area using a cash register
• Key responsibilities involve establishing new accounts, maintaining account records, and assisting customers in utilizing digital banking tools
• Noticing potential fraud and alternative operational or financial risks
• Providing assistance with bank operational processes relevant to specified work shifts
• Promoting community outreach and events funded by banks to enhance participation

Qualifications:

• Completion of a bachelor’s program in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline
• Possession of a high school diploma or GED is compulsory
• Intermediate computer skills
• Have the ability to handle weights up to 50 pounds effectively
