Being an Assistant Banking Center Manager means you will have a significant role in:

• Supporting the Branch Manager in managing the branch team to excel in sales, customer service, and operational effectiveness.
• Fostering a customer-focused culture within the branch to ensure the surpassing of customer expectations.
• Strengthening and enlarging commercial and retail sales networks while being responsible for branch sales achievements.
• Motivating branch staff to excel through training, coaching, and empowerment.

Responsibilities:

• Operational excellence can be accomplished by making sure that all staff members are in compliance with the policies, procedures, and regulations of the bank.
• Accomplishing the team/branch sales quotas for each quarter and the whole year.
• Overseeing the operational activities and staff performance to guarantee the branch operates at its peak efficiency.
• Enhancing customer delight by ensuring consistent involvement with customers.
• Observing and advising team members in customer service, operational protocols, transaction precision, and customer engagement to ensure that their daily activities meet the required standards.
• Cultivating a culture of cooperation by assessing employee achievements, addressing challenges, and mediating conflicts to boost team cohesion.
• Embracing the task of conducting interviews, recruiting, and training new hires, organizing, supervising, and assigning tasks.
• Providing encouragement, guidance, and coaching to staff for the purpose of accomplishing sales and service targets.

• Providing guidance to clients on the utilization of hassle-free banking methods like online banking, mobile apps, and automated teller machines for their convenience.

Qualifications:

• While not mandatory, a bachelor's degree or its comparability is preferred.
• Extensive experience spanning over four years in constructing, overseeing, leading, and coaching teams.
• Exhibits a keen financial acuity and exceptional communication skills.
• Has shown proficiency in a work environment centered on meeting client expectations and driving successful outcomes.
• In-depth understanding of banking regulations and the day-to-day functions of a branch.
• Competence in sales and service incorporates strategies such as searching for prospects and fostering business relationships.
