Qualifications for Branch Services Representative:

• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is necessary for this position.
• Preference is given to candidates with six months of experience in cash handling or as a teller, or a similar blend of educational background and work history.
• Advanced skills in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in operating office and financial machinery such as a 10-key calculator and coin-counting device.
• The DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment must be successfully finished.
• The assessment should take around 12 to 15 minutes to finish and needs to be handed in before the application review.

Core Job Functions and Responsibilities for Branch Services Representative:

Operational Efficiency:

• Manage and reconcile a cash register with precision to uphold effective cash management procedures.
• Follow all guidelines and regulations related to audits, security, and operational protocols.
• Complete customer transactions such as making deposits, withdrawals, transferring funds, and processing loan payments.
• Manage various types of transactions such as bonds, municipal coupons, and money orders.
• Support with the daily reconciliation and handling of ATMs, encompassing all necessary transactions.
• Confirm deposits made via night and lobby drop boxes.
• Help with managing tasks related to dual control vault duties.
• Stay up-to-date on operational announcements and procedural modifications to maintain continuous adherence.

Client Experience:

• Ensure that clients consistently receive high-quality and professional service.
• Efficiently address and find solutions to client inquiries and issues.
• Aid customers in addressing specific service requirements to guarantee a superior overall satisfaction level.
• Improve understanding of products and services through active participation in sales meetings, training sessions, and online educational resources.

Sales and Service:

• Recognize potential for additional sales while engaging with clients.
• Direct clients and potential leads to suitable team members within the organization.
