Being a Senior Banking Advisor means you will have a vital role in:

• Establishing and upholding long-standing, mutually advantageous relationships with our customers.
• Reviewing clients' financial information diligently to suggest, display, and promote additional products and services tailored to their needs.
• Making use of the bank's state-of-the-art technology products to meet the expanding needs of our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieve the designated quarterly and yearly sales goals for the team or branch across categories such as commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate, small business administration loans, mortgages, treasury management, deposits, wealth management investment instruments, international deposits and wire transfers, as well as other commercial and retail products.
• Develop and arrange a range of loan solutions, encompassing HELOCs, Home Loans, and Business Mortgages.
• Meet all annual renewal obligations and regulatory mandates for MLO, have a comprehensive understanding of interest rates, financing, and computations to better cater to potential mortgage clients.
• Ensure familiarity with the spectrum of loan products provided by the bank and the qualifications needed.
• Help customers with their financial requirements by facilitating activities such as cash withdrawals, deposits, fund transfers, loan or credit card repayments, wire transfers, and currency exchange.
• Exhibits a high level of motivation and a solid work ethic, consistently striving to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Embraces sharp critical thinking and solution-oriented approaches to cater to client expectations.
• Collaborate with team members and other areas of the organization to ensure the delivery of the most suitable products to customers.

Qualifications include:

• Meeting the minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED is compulsory, with a Bachelor's degree seen as desirable.
• Bringing forth a background with over two years of involvement in customer service, teller tasks, sales responsibilities, and experience in mortgage loan origination (MLO) in the banking and financial service sector.
• The Series 6 and 63 licenses provide authorization for individuals to partake in investment activities in addition to selling life insurance policies.
• Exhibits expertise in financial acumen and proficient communication skills.
• Skillfulness in sales strategies and client interactions, which involves actively seeking new prospects and cultivating valuable connections.
• Skilled in navigating branch technology and proficient in using mobile and online banking platforms.
