Job Description:

As a Commercial Banking Officer at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Primary Job Duties:

• Presents a unique customer experience that centers around enhancing financial welfare and fostering customer commitment.
• Efficiently processes a mix of customer interactions with accuracy.
• Guides customers in exploring different avenues for handling their financial transactions.
• Identifies openings during customer interactions and guides them to the appropriate branch representatives.
• Encourages customer participation in lobby activities and valuable interactions.
• Aligns PNC offerings with the requirements of customers.
• Recognizes potential sales openings and guides clients to the right team members for fostering relationships.
• Educates clients about utilizing digital banking tools, technological solutions, and self-help outlets for effective financial transaction management.
• Applies product and procedural proficiency to effectively tackle customer problems.
• Maintains the accuracy of teller and branch operations by following PNC's policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications:

• No prior background needed.
• A university or college degree is usually not a prerequisite for roles at this level.
• A high school diploma or GED is the preferred level of education.
• Equivalent sets of education, job-specific qualifications, or pertinent background (including military involvement) could be acknowledged.
• No degree required.
• Certifications or licenses are not compulsory.
