Position Overview for Floating Investment Manager:

As a Floating Investment Manager at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Offers a personalized customer experience aimed at enhancing financial health and building strong customer allegiance.
• Executes customer interactions effectively and with precision.
• Advises customers on the various options they have when conducting financial transactions.
• Identifies prospects within customer engagements and refers them to the suitable branch employees.
• Encourages customer participation in lobby activities and valuable interactions.
• Customizes PNC products and services to cater to customer needs efficiently.
• Recognizes potential sales openings and guides clients to the right team members for fostering relationships.
• Teaches customers about digital banking tools, technology selections, and self-help resources to enhance financial transaction management.
• Demonstrates product and procedural expertise in effectively solving customer concerns.
• Makes sure that all teller and branch activities are executed accurately, in strict adherence to PNC's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• No prior background needed.
• Roles at this level usually do not mandate a university or college diploma.
