Your role as a Senior Client Relationship Banker will focus on:

• Developing and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.
• Reviewing clients' financial information proactively to recommend, present, and sell additional products and services that meet their needs.
• Using the bank's state-of-the-art technology to address the expanding needs of clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieving the quarterly and annual sales targets for your branch/team across a wide range of services such as CI, CRE, SBA loans, mortgages, treasury products, wealth management, deposits, international banking solutions, wire transfers, and other commercial and consumer products.
• Originating and managing various types of loans, including Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC), Residential Mortgages, and Business Mortgages.
• Staying up to date with annual renewals, MLO regulations, and understanding interest rates and financing calculations to improve service for potential mortgage clients.
• Staying well-informed on the various loan products offered by the bank and the qualifications required for each.
• Assisting clients with financial transactions, including cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, wire transfers, and currency exchange.
• Being proactive, results-driven, and focused on meeting clients’ best interests in every interaction.
• Using advanced critical thinking to identify and resolve client needs quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborating with other departments and team members to provide clients with the most suitable financial products.
• Engaging with clients confidently and clearly, ensuring their needs are met with professional care and communication.
• Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees to help them meet branch sales and service targets.
• Utilizing digital tools and advancements to improve the efficiency and convenience of clients' digital banking experiences.
• Helping clients adopt and embrace banking technology to make their financial journey easier.
• Completing additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• More than two years of experience in customer service, teller operations, sales activities, and mortgage loan origination (MLO) within the banking and financial service industry.
• Licenses for Series 6 and 63 are required, allowing individuals to engage in investment transactions and offer life insurance products.
• Strong financial knowledge, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with clients.
• Expert in sales techniques and customer service practices, with a focus on prospecting and building strong business relationships.
• Proficient in branch technology, mobile banking, and online banking tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to quickly adapt to new technologies, systems, and business processes.
• Ability to follow established operational guidelines and regulatory protocols.
