Job Description: Agile Financial Services Specialist

Day-to-day duties of a Relationship Banker include attending to customer inquiries, conducting financial assessments, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. As an Agile Financial Services Specialist, you will support these initiatives while leveraging agility and cross-functional skills to serve clients effectively across multiple banking products and services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make customers aware of and recommend the bank's comprehensive array of resources, including traditional in-branch services, digital platforms, and support from business partners.
• Ensure personal targets are achieved through in-person and outbound calls to provide solutions and recommendations based on a needs-focused approach.
• Execute all responsibilities related to opening and closing accounts, guiding clients in selecting suitable accounts, analyzing account information, and complying with BSA and CIP directives.
• Support consumer loan requests: request applications, maintain knowledge of loan guidelines, and assist in overseeing consumer loan balances across the branch network.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to a partner-focused team serving small businesses, corporate clients, institutional clients, and mortgage and financial advisors.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by engaging effectively with clients and delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
• Ensure all departmental documents and activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, including completing required compliance training.
• Engage customers professionally while processing requests and transactions, conducting meaningful conversations to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• -Respond to additional assignments and roles as provided.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in motivating and presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and colleagues.
• Adopt a team-centric mindset to better serve customers in a dynamic and fast-paced banking environment.
• Manage and guide branch staff according to established protocols and processes in the absence of the AFCM.

Education and/or Experience:

• HS Diploma/GED
• One year of frontline customer service experience with a goal-oriented approach.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required.

Computer Skills:

• Proficient with MS Office programs.
• Leverage social media networks to increase brand exposure and gather market insights.

Other Qualifications:

• Occasional travel for meetings, training, and supporting bank conversions or acquisitions, with minimal overnight or out-of-town requirements.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to other banking entities in the market.
