This vital position delivers premium, personalized administrative assistance to Financial Advisors, their current and potential clients, and other members of the branch staff.
Primary duties and expectations:
Manages numerous daily engagements, involving basic queries and arranging meetings, with both potential and current clients through phone calls, in-person meetings, virtual settings, and postal correspondence.
Works within a team and independently to provide critical assistance to Financial Advisors and branch office staff.
Manages client financial transactions and carefully processes advisor/branch expenses and financial documentation to uphold a standard of precision and organization.
Carries out the process of setting up new client accounts while researching client and security information through internal databases and various technological methods.
Validates the accuracy and compliance of client paperwork and documentation with the firm and industry regulations before submission. Continuously monitors the completion status of all paperwork to ensure compliance.
Constructs written communications, paperwork, and evaluations to bolster client relations and attract new business.
Composes succinct business summary reports and client-specific reports for advisor analysis.
Utilizes technology such as CRM software to create and maintain client records and files.
Works with financial advisors to boost their marketing efforts, such as arranging seminars and events to engage with clients.
Can act on orders given by the Financial Advisor.
Involves themselves in various training, cross-training, and professional development opportunities to stay current with company and industry policies.
Undertakes other responsibilities as designated.

Guidelines, techniques, and practices employed in securities industry investments.

Details of qualifications and former job roles:
A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary. It is preferred that candidates possess one year or more of experience in the securities industry or a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by HR.
