Job Description:
As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for offering personalized financial guidance and tailored solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and navigate different life stages competently. Your duties will encompass building strong client relationships, assessing their financial requirements, devising individualized strategies, and providing appropriate financial advice. You will be a trusted ally in overseeing clients' investment goals, retirement planning, wealth management, and other crucial financial objectives.
Responsibilities of Financial Advisor:
Collaborating with customers to develop a tailored financial plan to meet their immediate and future financial goals leveraging brokerage options like equities, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, as well as banking and wealth management solutions
Endorses banking and investment strategies that are harmonious with the client's financial objectives and needs
Prioritizes client requests and refers them to suitable internal service providers according to client needs and resource thresholds
Regulates and oversees risk in day-to-day undertakings
Identifying and initiating contact with potential clients through referrals or individuals visiting financial service locations
Delivers coaching and evaluations to referral collaborators by considering client needs and suggested product recommendations
Financial Advisor Qualifications:
Demonstrates a minimum of one year of involvement in the investments domain, coupled with specific training in investments and a deep understanding of investment options.
Must have a minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
Accomplishes ambitions through dedicated pursuit and determination.
Cultivates and fosters lasting relationships.
Successful in cooperating with colleagues to accomplish tasks.
Projects confidence in communication and engages with clients in a comfortable manner.
Manages objectives, navigates through intricacies, prioritizes tasks, and executes them quickly in a fast-paced setting.
Is dedicated to continuous learning, is flexible in incorporating new insights, and is committed to delivering the best solutions for clients.
Skillfully balances time management and capacity.
Utilizes a thorough and strategic approach in integrating relevant regulatory evaluations into the day-to-day activities and future aspirations for clients.
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrating strong computer skills alongside the capability to multitask in a high-demanding context.
Relevant experience of three years in the financial service industry or a sales role, with a proven history of reaching or surpassing goals.
Earned additional credentials such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
Acquired your insurance certifications.
Minimum Education Requirement:
Obtaining a GED, high school diploma, or its comparable qualification is necessary
