What You'll Do:
Participate in consultative exchanges with valued customers to establish rapport and grow relationships, ensuring they have faith in your capacity to address their financial necessities.
Enhance customer interactions and sales chances by working independently and as part of a team to identify solutions for customers' financial needs.
Professionally manage typical customer transactions following specific guidelines and authorization levels, covering tasks such as check cashing, deposit acceptance, and withdrawal services for consumers and businesses.
Deal with routine and more involved inquiries concerning customer accounts, products, services, guidelines, and procedures; resolve customer problems and ensure effective resolution.
Inventive customer interaction points can be created through continuous digital outreach efforts to guarantee a harmonious customer experience throughout all available platforms, whether they are digital or traditional.
Inspire branch employees to engage with target events by modeling enthusiasm and providing mentorship.
Employ a needs-based consultative method to proactively cross-sell bank deposit and loan services to customers, whether they are existing or newly acquired.
Harness the power of technology and internal and external digital channels to meet customer needs and grow customer connections.
Utilize familiarity with regulations to evaluate loan requests, including Home Equity applications.
Develop and uphold strong working relationships, with both customers and coworkers.
Leverage Salesforce for communicating with customers, holding meaningful conversations, and maintaining follow-up processes.
Team up with the Branch Manager to develop and sustain a culture centered on strong lobby management practices and dedicated customer outreach efforts, with the objective of enriching the customer experience inside and outside the branch.
Balance the importance of customer relationships with the adherence to operational, regulatory, and security procedures to mitigate risks for the Bank.
Take on more responsibilities as the situation demands.
Required Qualifications:
A combination of a bachelor's qualification and 2-4 years of thriving in sales and service positions in retail, hospitality, or financial services is essential.
Obtainment of NMLS certification and becoming a Notary Public are mandatory.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication proficiencies.
Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel, skilled at operating a wide range of equipment and mobile devices effectively.
Demonstrating excellent organizational capabilities, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Displaying a strong sales-oriented outlook alongside the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adjusting tactics as required for different scenarios.
The aptitude to work intuitively and develop creative solutions in the event of problems is important.
Skillful at operating within standard office protocols, involving prolonged periods of standing inside and outside branch premises, while ensuring continuous customer communication.
Skill in lifting and transferring items weighing a maximum of 50 pounds.
Demonstrating an eagerness and proficiency in working within a fluid workweek, including weekends, in response to customer needs.
Displaying the skill to competently finish our training course.
