Your role as a Senior Financial Services Banker will include:

• Advising clients on the most suitable financial products and services based on their personal financial goals and needs.
• Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
• Leveraging the bank’s latest technologies to provide clients with efficient, personalized service and enhance their banking experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting or exceeding sales goals for financial products such as investment accounts, savings and retirement products, insurance, and credit solutions.
• Building and maintaining a strong client portfolio by offering financial solutions that include loans, credit products, retirement accounts, and investments.
• Helping clients with their financial planning by providing strategic advice tailored to their specific needs, whether it be for personal savings, retirement planning, or wealth management.
• Continuously reviewing clients’ financial situations and offering updates on new financial products and services that can improve their financial well-being.
• Adhering to all regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to financial products and services.
• Providing exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that clients' financial needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Collaborating with team members and other bank departments to ensure clients have access to the full range of banking services and solutions.
• Providing mentorship and coaching to junior staff members to help them meet and exceed branch sales and service goals.
• Utilizing digital tools and platforms to assist clients with financial services, ensuring ease of use and client satisfaction.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a financial services role, with a strong background in customer service, sales, and banking operations.
• Expert knowledge in banking products such as loans, credit, investments, and wealth management services.
• Strong sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Proficiency in financial planning tools and a strong understanding of market trends, retirement planning, and wealth management strategies.
• Possession of licenses such as Series 6 and 63, allowing you to sell investment products and provide retirement planning services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to clients clearly and effectively.
• Comfortable with banking software and digital platforms, including mobile and online banking tools.
• Ability to resolve client issues, make informed decisions, and provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the banking environment.
• Ability to adhere to operational and compliance procedures while maintaining a client-first mindset.
