Job Description of Floating Personal Banker:

One of the primary responsibilities of a Floating Personal Banker at Banner Bank is to provide assistance and backup as a teller or banker at various branch locations within a designated region. You will be the face of the bank, and it is your job to ensure that every customer has an excellent experience while transacting. This involves processing client transactions accurately and efficiently, as well as offering recommendations on bank products and services that may be of interest to them.

Qualification of Floating Personal Banker:

In addition to a degree, many employers in the banking industry require relevant work experience. This can include internships, co-op programs, or previous work in customer service or sales:

• A minimum of one year of experience as a teller, coupled with sales proficiency and a demonstrated ability to achieve set goals, is a prerequisite
• Astuteness in managing and structuring responsibilities, combined with rudimentary proficiencies in mathematics, negotiation, and analytical reasoning
• Developing strong communication skills, including phone and email etiquette, can greatly enhance one's professional image and effectiveness in their role
• Excellent abilities in establishing rapport and building strong relationships; exceptional talent in meeting and exceeding customer expectations

• Depending on the individual's experience, the hourly pay range for this position falls between $18.00 and $19.00, with the possibility of a $1.50 premium in addition to the base salary
