Position Overview:

A Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. This role involves processing payments, managing cash and electronic transactions, maintaining accurate records, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and procedures. Cashiers also contribute to a positive customer experience and support the smooth daily operations of the business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support customers with their daily banking activities, including depositing, withdrawing, and transferring funds
• Establishing and looking after personal and entrepreneurial banking accounts
• Provide guidance on understanding and selecting from banking products like loans, credit cards, and savings options
• Assess the needs of clients and recommend suitable financial options
• Establish and uphold sturdy customer connections to ensure satisfaction and allegiance
• Adhere to all internal policies while also following government regulations diligently
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and with a high level of professionalism
• Partner with the branch to reach its sales and service targets successfully
• Ensure the precision of records and documentation maintained
