Job Description for Investment Specialist:

In your capacity as a Investment Specialist at PNC, your tasks comprise delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their financial transactions, and contributing to the operational flow of the branch. Your main goal is to ensure a positive customer experience and identify opportunities to introduce customers to the products and services provided by PNC.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers a customized customer journey focused on improving financial health and building customer loyalty.
• Manages a variety of customer interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assists customers in understanding the different options they can choose from for their financial transactions.
• Discerns possibilities within customer engagements and refers them to the relevant branch team.
• Involves customers in lobby events and significant discussions.
• Adapts PNC solutions to meet customer requirements effectively.
• Recognizes potential sales chances and guides customers towards the right team members for fostering connections.
• Educates customers on utilizing digital banking tools, technology options, and self-service resources for efficient management of financial transactions.
• Effectively resolves customer problems through the application of product and procedural understanding.
• Ensures that teller and branch tasks are carried out correctly, while adhering to the policies and procedures outlined by PNC.

Qualifications:

• Experience is not a mandatory requirement.
