Job Description:

The role requires flexibility to travel between financial centers and work scheduled branch hours, excluding Sundays.You will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience by managing both service and sales activities, including processing transactions, handling account needs, and promoting banking products to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process teller transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and generate customer referrals through engagement
• Open new accounts and manage account maintenance and service requests
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships using CRM tools and personalized interactions
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management standards
• Assist customers in using digital banking platforms and self-service tools

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales required
• 6–12 months of cash handling experience preferred
