Our employees in Retail Support are a key piece to the success and daily functions of our branches across Zions Bank.

Retail Support is a department of traveling tellers and bankers who support Zions Bank branches throughout their geographical area in the case of absenteeism. This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches and help them to fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions Bank's company vision.

Qualifications:

• The job necessitates a high level of understanding in cashier responsibilities, financial reconciliations, debit and credit processes, as well as banking products.
• Practical understanding of mathematics.
• It is crucial to possess adept balancing capabilities and excellent customer service acumen.
• Capability to upsell banking products by understanding customer preferences.

• Be accountable for delivering high-quality service while safeguarding the branch from potential financial losses.
• Continuously update your expertise in branch operations.
• Increase the customer base by implementing successful sales and coaching tactics, including processing loan applications, cross-promoting diverse bank services, and providing extensive support across all banking operations.
• Be accountable for overseeing cash transactions and fulfilling customer service duties at the branch location.
• Carry out any other assignments given.
