What You'll Do:
Cultivate consultative discussions with esteemed customers to foster relationships and broaden connections, ensuring their reliance on you to identify the answers to their financial concerns.
Maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities by working independently and collaboratively within a team to address customers' financial requirements effectively.
Professionally manage typical customer transactions following specific guidelines and authorization levels, covering tasks such as check cashing, deposit acceptance, and withdrawal services for consumers and businesses.
Assist with standard and complex inquiries on customer accounts, merchandise, amenities, guidelines, and practices; address customer difficulties and see them through to resolution.
Introduce novel ways to engage with customers through consistent digital outreach and deliver a seamless customer experience that is unified across all platforms, regardless of their nature.
Promote enthusiasm within the team for target events through mentorship and coaching of branch personnel.
Engage customers through a consultative strategy to proactively recommend and sell bank deposit and loan services, tailored to their individual needs.
Implement technology and various digital channels, internally and externally, to assist customers and enhance customer engagement.
Apply legal knowledge to make informed decisions on loan applications, including those for Home Equity.
Cultivate and sustain strong working alliances, with both clients and peers.
Make the most of Salesforce for customer interactions, dialogues, and post-engagement communication.
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to establish and uphold a culture that prioritizes efficient lobby management and engaging with customers to enhance their experience, both within the branch and in external settings.
Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and security policies while managing customer relationships and minimizing risks for the Bank
Be willing to shoulder extra duties and obligations as required.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of proven experience in sales and service roles in retail, hospitality, or financial services are required.
It is necessary to hold Notary Public status and be certified by NMLS.
Strong communication skills demonstrated through verbal, written, and interpersonal interactions.
Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel, skilled at operating a wide range of equipment and mobile devices effectively.
Possessing top-notch organizational skills, with a strong emphasis on precision and attention to detail.
Having a robust emphasis on sales coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks proficiently and tailor approaches to meet the demands of various situations.
The skill to operate with intuition and formulate creative solutions when obstacles arise is advantageous.
Skilled in managing standard office tasks, which include extended durations of standing within branch facilities, both indoors and outdoors, all while maintaining continuous customer engagement.
Proficient in the lifting and transportation of items up to 50 pounds.
Displaying a readiness and capability to work within a dynamic workweek, which might require weekends, in line with customer needs.
Illustrating the skill to successfully conclude our training regimen.
