Job Description:

As a Account Opening Specialist at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Critical Functions:

• Provides a distinct customer interaction focused on improving financial stability and promoting customer loyalty.
• Manages a variety of customer interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Helps customers explore the different choices available to them for handling financial transactions.
• Identifies prospects within customer engagements and refers them to the suitable branch employees.
• Stimulates customer interest through lobby events and meaningful dialogues.
• Tailors PNC offerings to address customer preferences.
• Identifies potential sales leads and directs customers to the appropriate team members to deepen relationships.
• Guides customers in understanding digital banking tools, technology selections, and self-service facilities for the smooth management of financial transactions.
• Uses knowledge of products and processes to successfully resolve customer challenges.
• Oversees the completion of teller and branch activities with precision, following the established policies and procedures of PNC.

Qualifications:

• No prior knowledge necessary.
