Commercial Services Manager

Job Summary:

The Commercial Services Manager holds primary responsibility for the strategic oversight and expansion of a commercial client portfolio. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, fostering high-value client relations, and upholding rigorous standards for credit quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage and oversee diverse portfolios of commercial credit and savings accounts.
• Establish and maintain high-trust, enduring relationships with current clients and potential prospects.
• Efficiently coordinate the processing and management of loan and deposit applications.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of banking solutions.
• Support the lending process by verifying the accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
• Continuously track portfolio performance and proactively address emerging financial risks.
• Strictly adhere to established bank policies and federal regulations to maintain full operational compliance.
• Provide premium-level customer assistance and effectively resolve complex client issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent professional experience considered).
• Extensive background in commercial lending, with 5 to 10 years of dedicated experience in the sector.
• Expert-level proficiency in examining creditworthiness and developing complex loan structures.
• In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and procedures essential for risk mitigation and financial transparency.
