We are seeking motivated and client-focused individuals to join our Retail Banking Center team as a Client Service Representative. This role provides an opportunity to develop banking skills, build meaningful client relationships, and contribute to the success of the banking center.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with account needs, questions, and financial service requests.
• Introduce and recommend appropriate banking products and services based on client needs and financial goals.
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and connect customers with additional banking solutions.
• Process debit and credit transactions accurately while following established banking procedures.
• Resolve client concerns efficiently and provide solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Manage banking center cash operations, including vault balancing, cash ordering, currency shipments, and distribution of cash to authorized team members.
• Maintain accurate cash handling records, including Currency Transaction Report (CTR) documentation and compliance requirements.
• Assist with opening new accounts and completing required documentation when needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate balancing abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to safely lift and handle boxes of coins and cash supplies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented banking environment.
