Your position as a Banking Client Associate will be essential in:

• Supporting customers in managing their daily financial responsibilities.
• Assisting in selecting the product that best fits the customers' requirements.
• Facilitating the introduction between clients and Subject Matter Experts specializing in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Commercial services to cater to unique financial needs.
• Unveiling advanced technology solutions from the bank tailored to meet the growing requirements of our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Showing proficiency in customer service by aiding customers in various financial transactions like cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, credit card repayments, wire transfers, and exchanging foreign currencies.
• Reporting large deposits through Currency Transaction Reports.
• Noticing fraudulent behavior to protect against potential financial losses for the bank.
• Checking that financial transactions are carried out correctly and promptly, while meeting all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking standards.
• Maintaining healthy relationships with current clients and building new customer rapport.
• Proposing relevant financial products such as deposit schemes, wealth advisory services, and mortgage packages that meet the distinct requirements of individuals.
• Displaying a high level of proficiency in leveraging digital resources and technologies to enhance the quality of clients' digital banking experiences.
• Having confidence in advising customers on the procedures for conducting banking transactions online, through mobile applications, and self-service platforms.
• Proving adept at promptly learning and adapting to new processes and technology platforms.
• Carrying out supplementary responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications include:

• Possession of either a high school diploma or a GED is compulsory, with a bachelor's degree being significantly advantageous.
• 12 months of recent involvement in customer service engagements and cash transaction processing.
• Ideal candidates will have at least one year of prior experience in a banking environment, specifically in roles like teller or new accounts.
• Skill in swiftly and precisely absorbing information about products, services, and procedures.
• Proficiency in interpersonal communication tailored to customer interactions.
• Astute attention to specifics and effective allocation of time.
• Skillful in utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
• Preparedness to work weekends as necessary.
