Responsibilities:

• Meets with customers to discuss investment and insurance tactics, as well as creates tailored financial blueprints.
• Develops and sustains a portfolio of investments and insurance policies.
• Enhances the customer journey through effective management of sales and service tasks, recognizing potential areas for growth, and directing clients to relevant internal contacts as needed.
• Develops and nurtures customer connections by engaging in business growth activities and networking efforts.
• Enhances customer loyalty and wallet share through the delivery of outstanding customer service.
• Utilizes familiarity with products and procedures to effectively address client concerns in a timely and suitable manner.
• Designs and executes financial plans centered on investment and insurance tactics, selecting appropriate offerings to align with client objectives.
• Offers practical suggestions and financial advice tailored to meet the specific requirements and goals of clients.
• Evaluates financial strategies and suggests adjustments when necessary.
• Trains and instructs branch employees and internal collaborators on recognizing potential investment prospects.
• Promotes knowledge and awareness of investment opportunities for branch employees.
• Collaborates with branch managers and investment sales associates to spearhead branch initiatives aimed at attaining investment outcomes.
• Sustains clear and open communication channels with both internal and external collaborators to stimulate referral engagement.
• Consistently evaluates business outcomes and pipeline oversight alongside branch managers and partners.
• Adheres to the agreed-upon service level agreements for responding to leads and referrals.
• Follows all relevant laws, rules, regulations, and protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Generally necessitates the completion of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Over two years of applicable work background.
• Instead of a college diploma, a blend of formal education, industry-specific credentials, and applicable background (such as military training) could be taken into account.
• Proficient in identifying potential clients, establishing connections, evaluating credit risks, conducting financial assessments, creating financial models, delivering presentations, and engaging in sales tasks.
• Proficient abilities in coaching, communication, and managing customer experiences.
