Responsibilities for Investment Advisor:

• Guide clients in developing investment and insurance strategies by creating personalized financial plans.
• Build, manage, and retain a portfolio of investment and insurance clients.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by effectively overseeing sales and service activities, identifying business growth opportunities, and connecting clients with the appropriate internal resources.
• Strengthen and expand client relationships through networking and business development initiatives.
• Increase client loyalty and deepen relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Use product expertise and procedural knowledge to resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Design and implement investment and insurance strategies while recommending suitable financial products aligned with client goals.
• Provide customized financial advice and recommendations based on the unique needs and objectives of each client.
• Monitor financial plans and recommend adjustments whenever necessary.
• Train and support branch employees and internal partners in identifying investment opportunities.
• Promote financial awareness and investment education among branch staff.
• Collaborate with branch managers and investment sales associates to support branch investment objectives.
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external partners to encourage referral opportunities.
• Regularly review business performance and pipeline activity with branch leadership and partners.
• Ensure timely follow-up and response to leads and referrals in accordance with company expectations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree is typically preferred.
• More than two years of relevant professional experience is generally required.
• A combination of education, industry certifications, and related work experience, including military service, may be considered in place of a formal degree.
• Strong abilities in client acquisition, relationship management, credit evaluation, financial analysis, financial modeling, public speaking, and sales activities.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and customer experience management skills.
