Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers in carrying out daily financial transactions such as depositing money, withdrawing cash, and transferring funds while ensuring every transaction is completed accurately, securely, and efficiently.
• Starting and taking care of personal and business account operations, including opening new accounts, updating customer information, and maintaining account records in accordance with banking policies.
• Provide information on banking offerings including loans, credit card opportunities, and savings options by explaining product features, eligibility requirements, and associated benefits.
• Identify customer needs and advise on the right financial solutions that align with their financial objectives while promoting suitable banking products and services.
• Cultivate and uphold enduring customer bonds to secure their satisfaction and allegiance by delivering personalized service, resolving concerns promptly, and maintaining regular communication.
• Ensure compliance with both internal policies and government regulations while following established banking procedures, security standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Provide efficient and courteous solutions to customer problems by addressing inquiries, resolving account-related issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
• Enhance efforts towards fulfilling branch sales and service objectives by identifying cross-selling opportunities, supporting business growth initiatives, and contributing to overall branch performance.
