Job Description for Teller:

As a Teller at PNC, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service while assisting customers with their everyday banking needs. You will help create a welcoming branch environment, support financial transactions, and identify opportunities to introduce customers to PNC products and services that fit their needs.

Responsibilities for Teller:

• Provide outstanding customer service that supports financial wellness and strengthens customer relationships.
• Handle a wide range of banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Guide customers toward convenient options for completing their financial transactions.
• Recognize customer needs and connect them with the appropriate branch representatives.
• Build positive customer relationships through lobby engagement and meaningful conversations.
• Recommend PNC banking products and services based on customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships through referrals to team members.
• Assist customers in using digital banking tools, self-service technologies, and online banking resources.
• Use product knowledge and established procedures to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate teller operations while following PNC policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications for Teller:

• No previous experience is required for this position.
• A college or university degree is not required.

• No professional licenses or certifications are necessary.
