Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the initial point of contact for financial center customers, assisting in identifying the personal banking needs of individuals and small businesses, providing appropriate solutions, and referring clients to specialists. Key duties include enhancing client relationships through platform services, helping clients with self-service or transactional tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. Expectations for this role include proactively reaching out to clients through outbound calls and maintaining consistent follow-up practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Teaming up with colleagues to offer financial center clients a range of consumer and small business options, services, and plans to address their personal banking needs and support them in managing their distinct life objectives
  • Supporting, educating, and tutoring individuals on how to perform uncomplicated transactions using self-service technologies
  • Harnesses accessible tools, technologies, and procedures to improve client satisfaction and ensure operational effectiveness and precision
  • Follows established protocols, regulations, and directives when engaging in daily operations, including account initiation, account upkeep, and utilization of Digital Assisted Shopping
  • Oversees interactions with clients by choosing the most suitable actions that benefit both the bank and its customers, all the while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates a minimum of one year of sales experience in a client-centered and relationship-driven setting. Alternatively, qualifies if they have previously served as a Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I), or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America for a duration of at least six months.
  • Shows fervent motivation, a diligent attitude, and a relentless commitment to producing desired results, always putting the client's needs first.
  • Engages in productive teamwork to accomplish tasks, cultivating and sustaining positive relationships.
  • Exhibits fervor, dedication, and motivation in providing clients with an improved financial experience.
  • Possesses the confidence to identify resolutions for supporting new and established clients based on their specific needs.
  • Possesses effective skills in expressing ideas through writing and speech.
  • Capable of effectively conveying messages with assurance and ease, and displays confidence when interacting with various clients.
  • Shows proficiency in acquiring new knowledge, navigating technology platforms, dealing with uncertainty, and adjusting to changing conditions.
  • Utilizes robust critical thinking and analytical skills to fulfill clients' needs.
  • Exhibits strong abilities in time management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking.
  • The ability to become a notary public in the state where you are employed, either through an existing commission or by acquiring one within a few months of commencing the job, is a key expectation, the timeframe dependent on the distinct laws of the state.
  • Open to adjusting schedule to include weekends and/or extended shifts as necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

  • The completion of a program in business, finance, or a related discipline either at the Associate's or Bachelor's degree level.
  • Past experience in a financial setting demonstrating the achievement of goals above expectations.
  • Experience in a sales or retail role that offers a combination of a base pay and additional incentives.
  • Previous experience in a work atmosphere focused on accomplishing individual and team targets successfully.
  • Competence in working with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial acumen.
  • Familiarity with the range of products and services available from banking institutions.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft software and experienced in working with laptop technology
