The Investment Solutions Advisor specializes in delivering an exceptional customer experience through sales, service, and digital engagement for both Consumer and Business Banking customers. This role supports daily branch operations, meets customer service and sales needs, and manages customer appointments to identify needs and refer complex issues to appropriate team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote customer engagement by informing them about the diverse Consumer and Business Banking solutions offered. Provide tailored recommendations to address customer needs effectively and emphasize the advantages of digital banking capabilities for convenient banking transactions.
• Appointment and consultation management involves scheduling customer visits, whether they are pre-planned or spontaneous, to identify their financial needs and ensure a smooth transition to the correct banking personnel for complex issues.
• Comply with the bank's sales guidelines and offer clear, customer-focused support.
• Reception Management: Manage the lobby reception effectively by welcoming customers, responding to inquiries, and taking responsibility for solving urgent banking needs.
• Offer support in daily branch operations by aiding with customer transactions, addressing overdraft challenges, and verifying adherence to internal guidelines. Complete operational tasks as instructed.
• Adherence to Compliance and Risk Management: Keeping abreast of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Know Your Customer (KYC) methodologies. Pinpointing and escalating suspicious transactions. Verifying compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
• Customer Resolution: Efficiently handle customer complaints by logging them correctly and ensuring appropriate follow-up. Prioritize the effective and prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Sales Referrals pertain to the process of spotting sales prospects and guiding clients to the right banking collaborators for tailored product resolutions.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Give outstanding customer care and efficiently tackle any problems that arise.
• Expand sales opportunities and elevate customer satisfaction within the branch setting.
• Carry out multiple tasks within the branch environment, including initiating new account setups and facilitating loan originations, alongside addressing problems and handling transactional processes.
• Exhibit empathy and customer-focus in interactions, adapt to changing requirements, and display expertise in utilizing digital tools effectively when engaging with customers.

Educational and Experiential Prerequisites:

• Acquiring a GED or high school diploma qualification.
• Prospective employees should have at least one year of familiarity with retail sales, call center duties, customer service, or telesales.
• Proficiency in verbal and interpersonal communication methods.
• Skill in managing difficult customer conversations and diverse customer expectations.
• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in working well under stress when part of a fast-moving team setup.
• Proficient in navigating internet-based technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tailoring bilingual abilities to match branch demands.
• Confirmed skillset in sales execution or referral acquisition.
• Physical Requirements:
• The aptitude for standing without sitting for an extended length of time.
• Prolonged operation of hands and fingers due to continuous use.
• Capacity to hoist objects within the weight range of 5-30 pounds.
