Job Description:

As a Credit Analyst at PNC, you will support clients with their financial transactions, contribute to branch operations, and provide high-quality customer service. This role also involves promoting PNC products and services while ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a personalized customer experience focused on improving financial well-being and building long-term loyalty.
• Handle a wide range of customer interactions efficiently and accurately.
• Inform customers about alternative options for managing their financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities during client interactions and refer them to appropriate branch personnel.
• Encourage customer participation in branch events and meaningful discussions.
• Customize PNC solutions based on client needs and requirements.
• Recognize potential sales opportunities and direct customers to the right team members for further engagement.
• Guide customers in using digital banking tools, technology platforms, and self-service options for better financial management.
• Apply product knowledge and procedural understanding to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Ensure all teller and branch operations are completed accurately in line with PNC policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
