Client Consultant

Regions is looking for a Client Consultant who will build a roster of bank customers focused on achieving the financial objectives of each client through informed advice and direction. This counsel is developed through a thorough understanding of the client's current financial position and their immediate and future goals. The preferred candidate is committed to customer service and forming partnerships and should have previous experience as a Financial Advisor based in a branch.

Primary Responsibilities:

• A broad range of investment solutions and products is offered to help clients meet their objectives, with the additional benefit of in-depth guidance through Financial Planning services
• Acknowledges and pursues every opportunity to form customer relationships by engaging in prospecting, utilizing leads, and participating in the local market and community
• Establishes and maintains a strong client network and ensures a steady pipeline of potential prospects
• Showcases high-level expertise in designing portfolios and possessing comprehensive industry and investment expertise
• Partakes in the analysis of investment performance and relationship reviews
• Keeps junior staff updated on the latest investment products and opportunities in the market
• Abides by compliance standards and adheres to company policies and industry protocols

This role is not required to adhere to timekeeping regulations as per the Fair Labor Standards Act, and it does not qualify for additional compensation for overtime hours worked.

There are incentives available for this position.

Requirements:

• Obtaining either a high school diploma or a GED is crucial for meeting the established educational benchmarks at the secondary level
• Six months of associated work experience
• Series 7
• Series 63 & 65 or Series 66
• The deadline for obtaining a Life Insurance License is within 60 days from the commencement of employment

Preferences:

• Bachelor's degree
• In the financial industry, acquiring the titles of Certified Financial Planning, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Certified Retirement Specialist indicates a commitment to advanced education and expertise
• Two years' worth of expertise in Financial Advisory

Incentive Pay Plans:
