Investment Consultants operate within bank branches and collaborate across multiple branch locations while managing an assigned client portfolio. They provide strategic financial advice and planning services to help clients accomplish their savings, investment, and retirement goals. Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients regarding investment and insurance strategies by developing personalized financial plans.
• Build, manage, and maintain a portfolio of investment and insurance relationships.
• Enhance the client experience by effectively handling sales and service activities, identifying opportunities for growth, and directing clients to the appropriate internal resources when needed.
• Develop and strengthen customer relationships through networking and business development efforts.
• Increase client loyalty and expand relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Apply knowledge of products and operational procedures to address client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Create and implement investment and insurance strategies while selecting suitable financial products that align with client objectives.
• Provide personalized financial recommendations tailored to each client’s specific goals and financial needs.
• Review financial plans regularly and recommend updates or modifications when appropriate.
• Train and support branch staff and internal partners in identifying potential investment opportunities.
• Promote investment awareness and financial education among branch employees.
• Collaborate with branch managers and investment sales associates to support branch investment initiatives and goals.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal and external partners to encourage referral opportunities.
• Monitor business performance and pipeline activity regularly alongside branch leadership and business partners.
• Meet established service standards for lead and referral follow-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree is generally preferred.
• Two or more years of relevant professional experience is typically required.
• A combination of education, industry certifications, and related experience, including military service, may be considered in place of a formal degree.
• Strong skills in client prospecting, relationship management, credit analysis, financial analysis, financial modeling, public presentations, and sales activities.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and customer relationship management abilities.
