Key Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail banking customers through exceptional service and tailored financial solutions.
• Proactively assess customer needs and provide guidance on various banking products such as checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and other retail banking services.
• Ensure customers are informed about relevant products, services, and digital banking tools to help them manage their finances effectively.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products, services, and digital solutions that align with customer goals and needs.
• Collaborate with other bank departments to provide a seamless customer experience, including treasury services, mortgages, and wealth management.
• Assist customers with financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, loan payments, and foreign currency exchange.
• Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy in all transactions.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Continuously enhance your skills by participating in ongoing training programs and leveraging digital banking tools to optimize the customer experience.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support branch operations and overall business objectives.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in retail banking, customer service, sales, or related roles.
• Proficiency with retail banking products, services, and digital banking solutions.
• Series 6 and 63 licenses are a plus, enabling participation in investment activities and the sale of life insurance policies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and explain complex financial concepts to customers.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals through proactive customer engagement and relationship-building.
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in mobile and online banking platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
