A Mortgage Consultant is responsible for facilitating the application and approval process for individuals seeking to obtain mortgage loans to purchase a home or refinance an existing mortgage.

This position is a full-time, commission-based hybrid role situated at the North Broad Street office in Philadelphia, PA. The Mortgage Loan Officer's primary duties involve generating mortgage transactions, establishing referral connections, and assisting clients in navigating the loan application process to realize their dreams of owning a home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture networks with real estate agents, builders, and developers to generate referrals
• Evaluate customer financial needs and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions
• Analyze income, credit, and assets to determine loan eligibility
• Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process
• Promote banking products and cross-sell financial services
• Manage loan pipeline and ensure timely completion of documentation
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of residential mortgage lending experience or relevant training program completion
• Strong ability to build and maintain referral relationships

Compliance and Additional Duties:

• Must comply with all organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance programs
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed

Licensing Requirement:

• Registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) may be required
