Position Overview:

A Float and Finance Analyst is a versatile financial professional who supports multiple branch locations while also performing financial analysis-related tasks. This role involves assisting clients with banking services such as account management, transactions, and financial guidance, while also analyzing financial data to support informed decision-making. The position contributes to customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and the overall efficiency and success of the financial institution.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support customers in carrying out daily financial transactions such as depositing money, withdrawing cash, and transferring funds
• Setting up and managing personal and professional financial accounts
• Assist with navigating through banking services like loans, credit cards, and savings plans
• Assess the needs of clients and recommend suitable financial options
• Develop and manage robust customer relations to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty
• Adhere to all internal policies while also following government regulations diligently
• Tackle customer issues swiftly and with professionalism
• Help the branch achieve its sales and service targets successfully
• Ensure that records and documents are accurately maintained
