Holding the position of an Associate Banker, you will have a key role in:

• Aiding customers in meeting their day-to-day financial demands.
• Guiding customers on picking the product that aligns with their requirements.
• Connecting customers to Subject Matter Specialists in key financial sectors such as Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Commercial teams to meet their specific requirements.
• Presenting the bank's latest technology solutions crafted to cater to the increasing needs of our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Showcasing exceptional customer service abilities by assisting customers with financial activities such as cash withdrawals, deposits, fund transfers, loan repayments, credit card payments, wire transfers, and exchanging foreign currencies.
• Documenting substantial amounts on Currency Transaction Reports.
• Exposing deceitful actions to safeguard against potential financial losses for the institution.
• Ensuring the correct and swift completion of financial transactions, while adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking regulations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while cultivating relationships with new customers.
• Presenting customized recommendations for bank services, including retirement planning, asset allocation, and mortgage options, to best serve the customer's objectives.
• Showcasing a mastery of using digital tools and technologies to enhance and advance clients' digital banking experiences.
• Demonstrating confidence in instructing clients on engaging in banking transactions online, via mobile applications, and self-service portals.
• Demonstrating a talent for swiftly acquiring and adjusting to new processes and technological platforms.
• Undertaking additional duties as specified.

Qualifications include:

• Meeting the educational requirements entails having a high school diploma or its equivalent (GED), with a bachelor's degree being highly desirable.
• Twelve months of recent experience in customer service activities and handling cash transactions.
• Preference will be given to candidates with one year of previous experience in a banking institution, particularly in roles related to teller or new accounts.
• Proficiently learning about products, services, and procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering exceptional customer care.
• Outstanding dedication to detail and proficient time management abilities.
• Excelled in Microsoft Word and Excel capabilities.
• Available to work weekends when the need arises.
