Job Summary:

As a Float Personal Banker Associate at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provides a distinct customer journey centered on enhancing financial wellness and nurturing customer commitment.
• Manages a variety of customer interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provides customers with information about other choices they have for managing their financial transactions.
• Spots potential chances during customer engagements and guides them to the relevant branch staff.
• Involves customers in lobby events and significant discussions.
• Presents PNC products and services in a way that meets the needs of customers.
• Recognizes chances for sales growth and directs clients to the suitable colleagues to enhance connections.
• Educates customers on utilizing digital banking tools, technology options, and self-service resources for efficient management of financial transactions.
• Utilizes understanding of products and procedures to efficiently address customer issues.
• Ensures that all teller and branch tasks are conducted accurately, in compliance with PNC's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience is not necessary.
